CROSS BORDER ESPIONAGE - DOUBLE IPA
When we first started chatting with our friends at Aslan Brewing about this collaboration, our infatuation for hops was definitely something that we had in our sights, pairing that notion with our upcoming anniversary, we knew that we had to design a recipe that was going to be something exceptional. After some back and forth, we landed on a combination of Galaxy, Rakua, and Cryo Pop partnered with one of our favourite yeast strains. The resulting liquid erupts with juicy peach rings, gummy bear candies, and alluring passionfruit aromas. On the palate you'll encounter a pillow-like mouth feel that lends way to a tropical oasis showcasing arrays of luscious stone-fruit, fresh citrus zest, crushed pineapple, and bruised papaya levelled off by a dry and slightly bittering finish. Best consumed cold and fresh!
