Revitalizing this beer is something we have contemplated for some time now, intentionally wanting to make sure that the execution was on point. Our growing relationship with House of Funk Roasting sparked the concept again, so after a blissful nap of 5 years, we're bringing this one back to the people. After tasting through numerous options of coffee concentrates, we settled on a ratio of 80% Mellow Carmelo and 20% Technicolor Espresso, both of which pair exceptionally well with our base beer which we've now kicked up a notch to be a luscious barrel-aged imperial stout. Notes of creme brûlée, bright orange zest, and melted dark chocolate percolate on the nose while warming bourbon, charred vanilla, and espresso encapsulate your palate. There's never a dull moment with this release, with each sip this beer evolves and changes shape urging you to take another sip!
