Apricot - ISH - Golden Sour Ale finished on Apricots
We aged this golden sour ale in neutral French oak barrels with a mixed culture for 11 months. It was then blended with our house wild ale to achieve the desired profile and conditioned on whole Okanagan Apricots from Sweet Pit Farms for an additional eight weeks. The final product presents a beer bursting with Apricot, amplified by a deep, complex acidity.
