LIGHTS OUT - IMPERIAL STOUT WITH COCONUT
Lights out is a blend of stouts aged in Heaven Hills barrels for 12 months. We finished it on over 20lbs of toasted coconut per barrel, resulting in a stout bursting with coconut goodness. On the nose, aromas of coconut prevail, with undertones of rich dark chocolate and bourbon. On the palate, look for similar flavours to dominate along with notes of coffee, black liquorice, and vanilla on the finish.
